Snails

Snails, though small, are a fascinating subject for my macro photography. I document their slow movements and their intricate shell patterns. I capture their presence in gardens and damp environments. I observe their role as decomposers and their interactions with plants. I aim to show their hidden beauty and their importance in the local ecosystem. Their quiet presence adds a unique element to my work.

I found this Land Snail sliding across my deck, so I carefully moved it to a nearby tree limb. To my surprise, this snail preferred to slide upside down.
