I was walking the trail at Sunnymead Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas with my camera. I noticed a Dickcissel perched on a barbwire fence with nesting material.
As an avid wildlife photographer, I eagerly await the spring arrival of the Dickcissel at the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma.
