A Morning with the Baby Eastern Bluebird

Yesterday was an exciting morning in my yard. I finally got to see a baby Bluebird that was born during the third brood of this year. This little one appears to be the only hatchling from this brood, making it a special sighting. I was thrilled to photograph it as it peeked its head out and was fed by both parents. Later that morning, the young Eastern Bluebird left the nest, marking the beginning of its journey into the world. It was a beautiful moment, and I’m excited to share the photos with you!

This spring and summer have been a whirlwind of activity with the Eastern Bluebirds nesting in my yard here in Arkansas. From the first brood’s arrival to the latest addition, it’s been a journey filled with ups and downs. I’ve documented every step along the way, and it’s been a joy to watch these beautiful birds thrive and grow.
