I made a trip up to the Buffalo National River here in Arkansas to view the Elk. As you can see in the above photos it was a foggy morning. This large Bull Elk was defending his harem of cows from competing bulls. Wikipedia: Dominant bulls follow groups of cows during the rut, from August [...]
