Second Thoughts About Letting Butterflies Land On Me

I have been seeing a lot of Butterflies this past few weeks. They do look pretty on the flowers but have you seen those photos of Butterflies landing on people? Then check out the last photo! Just saying!

“Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.”

Yup. Butterflies have no taste. I have seen them on everything from rotting fruit to carrion. Not pretty. But easy to forget (and forgive) when you see them in the flowers.

If you didn’t know what you were looking at in that last photo, it would be a really beautiful butterfly.

The seeds in the poop look like persimmon seeds. I often see fox poop with them in it, especially this time of year.
