I live in NW Arkansas.
This morning while watching the birds on the lake, I couldnt believe my eyes, I saw
sea gulls!
Well, I thought they were seagulls. I googled and found your site. These gulls did not have the black feathers that your Ring Billed Gulls have, they were strictly grey/white. Any Idea what they might have been? Thanks for your sight, I am really enjoying it! Roxanne

Hi Roxanne! I’m not sure what kind of Gull you saw. I actually saw a different type myself this past weekend and I will be posting photos of it in the next few days and maybe someone will help me get an ID on it. Most people do not realize that we also have American White Pelicans. If you enter Pelican in the search box it will bring up some photos I have taken of them.

I am glad you enjoy my site and sorry I could not help you with the ID.
