Juvenile Yellow-crowned Night Heron Stretching

Yesterday I posted a photo of a Great Blue Heron Doing Morning Stretches and today I wanted to show you a Juvenile Yellow-crowned Night Heron doing a stretching routine before it began the hard work of catching crayfish. On yesterdays photo I was just kidding around because the Great Blue Heron wasn’t really doing a toe touch. On today’s photo, I’m not kidding. This Heron is stretching.
