It was a foggy morning and the moon was still out.
My favorite place to photograph these birds is on sewer ponds located at Fort Chaffee here in Arkansas. (Now does that surprise you?)

What surprised me was when I saw the title, I thought it was going to be some awesome picture of a wolf howling at the moon! Did I get a surprise! I didn’t know Pelicans howled !
Looks like that guy is the “mouth” of the group! Get a crowd together and someone will howl everytime! LOL …. Wonderful pictures Steve.
