Fox Sparrow In The Snow

This is my first time seeing a Fox Sparrow. I am glad I got photos of it in the snow at my feeders.

3 judi king February 8, 2010: Love the feather patterns on his belly. Beautiful pics of these little guys. I get more sparrows than anything else at my feeders but don’t know the many different kinds. Lost my birder book (think my “ex” has it), do you have a recommendation which is best?

I had to get help on identifying this sparrow myself. I need to get a book also.
