This Cow Elk was feeding in a field and I was able spend a couple of hours observing her.

She let you stay around for 2 hours? How tame is that?! She’s just lovely. Great photos as always.

I used to enjoy watching the herd of elk in Sequim, WA when I used to live over on the Olympic Peninsula. I even had the pleasure of tracking them using telemetry equipment.

Great photos to bring back fun memories.
