Carolina Wren

Carolina Wren #2

Carolina Wren #3

I photographed this Carolina Wren at one of my feeders during a snowy day.

The Carolina Wren is sensitive to cold weather. Since they do not migrate and stay in one territory the northern populations of Carolina wrens decrease markedly after severe winters.

Thanks Cindy but don’t be embarrassed! Just getting outdoors with any camera is fun.

Real nice shots Steve
See, the snow is not that bad, it gives a nice clean cut view of the bird :-)
