Bird With A Beak Full

I am not sure what type of bird this is so if anyone can help with identifying it I would appreciate it. My guess is some type of warbler.

I received information from Juan Pons (Wild Nature Photography) that this appears to be a Ruby-crowned Kinglet and after looking it up I agree with him. Thanks Juan!

They forage actively in trees or shrubs, mainly eating small insects and spiders, some berries and tree sap. They may hover over a branch while feeding and sometimes fly out to catch insects in flight.
